Sieu Thanh Co., Ltd was established on June 15 th 1994 with the early investment capital of VND300million trading : Industrial machines, equipments and materials, electric equipments, metal electric machines, household electric appliances, office equipments, stationery and spare parts.
RICOH products has been marketing in Viet Nam since 1989 with equipments such as copiers, fascimile machines, cameras and spare parts. Ricoh products and Sieu Thanh after-sales services are now trusted and confidentially used.
On September 16th 1996, Sieu Thanh Co., Ltd opened the showroom in Ho Chi Minh City, and became the official distributor of RICOH in Viet Nam, specializing in supply of office equipments, components, and materials originated from RICOH and the after-sales.
On March 18 th 2002, Sieu Thanh Co., Ltd was officially known as: Sieu Thanh Joint Stock Corporation, increased the total investment capital to VND10 billion and now the staffs consist of 300.
On continuos and powerful growing, in 2003 Sieu Thanh Joint Stock Corporation raised the investment capital three times as : VND15 billion - VND21 billion - and VND28 billion. Then in May 2004 the total investment capital of the corporation increased to VND33,88 billion.
In 2001, after the time of management process implementing ISO, Sieu Thanh joint stock corporation was certified ISO 9002 on March 19 th and officially became the first and the unique supplier of office equipments in Viet Nam got this certification.
Thanks to maintaining quality policy, the corporation got ISO certification 9001 - 2000 from BVQI in March 2004.
The number of RICOH products sold since 1995 till now overcomes 25.00 copiers and fascimile nachines, with stringent and wholly after-sales services following the producers instructions. The free monthly maintenance during three years has been applied to some trial branches also.
More than 90 % of copiers used in photocopy stores, services in Viet Nam market now are marked RICOH.
In recent years, by supplying high quality RICOH products with market-suitable prices, and the excellent nation wide after-sales services, Sieu Thanh has been honoured as the office equipment supplier for almost all of great projects in Ho Chi Minh City and provinces.
