Introduction

MIT was founded in 1997 with the objective of promoting ICT industry in Myanmar.

MIT has become a leading software developer in Myanmar within a few years by providing the most reliable and cost-effective ICT solutions through highly innovative state-of-the-art technology. Prospectively, MIT was voted as the Best IT Company in Myanmar for year 2000 and  a key player of ICT industry in Myanmar for year 2001 by Computer Journal.

In year 2002, MIT has established a new business entity, iFoComs, which is primarily targeting at the software markets aboard. iFoComs was founded with the core objective of exporting software products and services to overseas.

Information is the primary source of competitive edge for today's businesses and, effective and efficient communication of information is critical in making important decisions everyday. iFoComs has broadly defined itself to be in information and communication business.
